How to Use Shilajit Resin

Taking Shilajit is simple — but how you take it can shape your experience.

Recommended Method (Best Experience):

  • Use a pea-sized amount (roughly 250–300mg).

  • Dissolve it in a cup of warm herbal tea (not boiling) — we recommend something like ginger, mint, or green tea.

  • Add a spoon of honey if you'd like a touch of sweetness and extra health benefits.

  • Stir until fully dissolved and sip slowly.

This method smooths out the natural strong taste of Shilajit and enhances absorption — plus it’s a calming daily ritual, especially in the morning or afternoon.


⚠️ Other Methods People Use (But Not Our Favourite):

  • Warm Water – Many users simply dissolve Shilajit in a glass of warm water. This works, but lacks the comfort and benefits of pairing it with tea.

  • Straight from the Spoon – Some hardcore users take a pea-sized amount directly in the mouth, then wash it down with water or tea. It works fast, but the taste is intense.


🔄 When & How Often?

  • Once a day is ideal — preferably in the morning or early afternoon.

  • On workout days or periods of low energy, some users take a second serving in the afternoon.

  • Consistency is key: take it daily for 4–6 weeks to truly feel the long-term effects.
